With the customer's original as proof, the text content, colors and graphical quality is verified on labels, leaflets, cardboard boxes etc. No complicated equipment is needed, the systems utilize a standard office scanner and a PC. With the originals approved and version controlled in an electronic secured archive, the number of printing errors can be reduced substantially.

A workflow system is available for integration with the electronic archive, thus managing the complete business process, from manuscript to print-ready and approved original. Reviews, annotations and automated content control is just some of the features available in the workflow module.
